The immediate background of IURIS CORPORATE is, on one hand, the R&R CONSULTORES brand which since 1998 has been providing advisory and consulting services to small, medium and large enterprise, as well as professional services in the area of general legal advice, and on the other hand the tradition and experience in the legal-procedural field of the LOMAN & ASSOCIATES LEGAL FIRM
And it is precisely the close collaboration of both firms over the years and their experience in the legal-procedural and business fields that led to the creation of IURIS CORPORATE, with a team of professionals formed by lawyers, social workers, labor management technicians, accounting and financial personnel and administrative personnel, all aiming to provide the best and most comprehensive service, namely – the service that you need.
In addition to the multi-disciplinary nature of our service offering, in recent years the firm has focused its efforts on reaching and formalizing collaboration agreements with other firms and professional associates around the country and in Latin America, essentially through various international strategic alliances.
