Electronic mailbox service
The firm can provide to clients the DEH (enabled email address) service and other electronic mailboxes enabled by different administrations (AEAT, General Social Security Treasury Office, etc.), which entails periodic verification of the mailbox and/or attending it if necessary, after a reception notice, and advising the client of the contents of notifications throughout the year, without interruption due to peak workloads, illness, vacations or any other circumstance that could personally affect the effective attention to and observation of the mailbox and, consequently, the obligations stemming from an unreceived notification.

As a recipient of notifications, this service is free; in association with the DEH, the holder will have an electronic mailbox to receive electronic notifications corresponding to any proceedings to which he/she may voluntarily decide to subscribe, or those notifications that are obligatory; in the event that the notification is obligatory, the administration may legally assign an enabled email address.
This service meets the highest standards of confidentiality, authenticity and privacy in order to assure the identity of the participations and the communications, and the service is easily accessible and user friendly.
