Our globalized world requires on one hand that economic agents be very quick to transfer their employees to respond to their clients’ needs, and on the other it leads to and drives socially, economically and/or politically based migratory processes that in all cases involve very complex issues of immigration, expatriation and/or asylum.
The administrative immigration processes established to obtain work permits in Spain determine everything from the economic activity to be undertaken to the fiscal and social security treatment of both workers and their family members.
